As we all know the Education system in India is better and tending towards best, we have to find the loop holes which are acting as invisible barricades, Now WE MEMBERS OF DHYEYA ENTRUST have tried to overcome these loop holes.
Instead of playing the critics role we have carefully analyzed the loop holes that exist in Indian Education System and try to eliminate them by not changing the present scenario but re-organizing it by using tools like technology, proper communication, updating and creating awareness among the institutes, students and parents, keeping in mind the legacy of GURUKUL.
Teachers’, part of time meant for teaching is consumed to keep records of marks obtained, government submissions, their daily work sheet, but when a higher authority wants to inspect then it's difficult to scroll over all pages which is in turn time consuming. Student records like Personal Details, Academic Details are the major details which are kept in School Offices in a written document stage. Though it's genuine and perfect, its laborious job to find the record when required.
Parents, who are interested to know the status of their kid they have to go to school, wait until the concerned teacher/teachers are free, cross check, as he/she is unable to keep every record in mind of every student. Time consuming concept makes parents to avoid the meeting, neglecting the student's future. In turn present generation students feels embarrassed to see their parents visiting schools often.
Every school has neglected the concept of Medical reports of every student, for the records claimed by Government they make a record of height, weight, chest measurements etc., where they neglect the actual concept of Medical record. Students, as such, have different talents, few come out with their bold nature or exposure while many are deserted for not getting ample support as well as exposure.
We have designed an online software application which can be adapted by the Educational Institutes by which the major drawbacks in education system can be avoided.
